The possibility of Sylvan in Heroes VI

You may have heard my words before. I am using the Acid Cave again, it was the first time I used it for the article "Inferno in Heroes VII". A long time ago I sent it to Erwan Le Breton, and if he was writing the truth, he shared my text with the M&M Team, he liked it.
If you have heard of these texts in the past, you may remember some fragments of them. If not, they were at first an attempt to get Ubisoft to release the Inferno DLC, then it just became my database, all texts written about demons in Heroes VII in one place.

This article is written with a different intention but is motivated by the same motivation as the previous text - to add a new fraction

I would like to know one very important thing from You, Julien. Heroes VI mods have always been a quiet topic. I strongly believe that this is a very difficult thing to do ... but I would like to ask - is it even possible? Could the game code be modified to add a new faction to Heroes VI? The Sylvan Faction.

Why am I asking about Sylvan? If I had to create a faction for Heroes (any Heroes at all) from scratch, I probably wouldn't even write this letter. However, I am asking about the Sylanna faction as I would like to create about 65% of it from things that already exist.

That is why the issue of modification is so important to me. Because I would like to create Sylvan based on the models included in Heroes VI. As a 3D model of the castle on the adventure map, I would like to use the Holy Tree on one of the maps for the game in hot seat mode. There would be a paved path leading to the tree, along which there would be lanterns, also from the hot seat map.

Hero Model would be a Modified Dungeon Hero. With textures from Might and Magic: X. I would like Julien to let you know that Legacy was so involved me in Sylvan's vision in Heroes VI. Mainly thanks to 3D models, and how the texture itself can change the appearance of characters, buildings, etc.

The "horse" is missing ... the only clue for me is an early screen from the ad-days of the Heroes VI: Shades of Darkness expansion pack. There is a fragment on it that cannot be found in the game. It is the armed Shadow Panther. I'd like to find it (perhaps in the game code) and change its textures to resemble a white tiger.

However, I would love to know if it is even possible to get this 3D model. The Sylvan army is also associated with the issue of "new 3D models". Some are ready (Wolves, Earth Elements, Phoenixes), however, three change the texture (and remove the light effects) (UNIT 1, UNIT 2, UNIT 3). I am giving it very briefly and with screens because there will be a lot of information and questions, sorry for that. The most difficult thing for me is Sun Deer ... in the game code we can find its model and textures, but it lacks animations ... would it be possible to add animations from Heroes VII? The question of adding an animation is very important.

I would now like to introduce the castle idea on the adventure map. As I mentioned, it would be Holy Tree and Laterns. But what is still needed is walls, four 3D models for "special buildings", and one 3D model for the city portal.
Castle walls from Might and Magic X (also for the battlefield). The first special building I would like in Sylvan is a Mother Nature statue, with the same bonus the statue gives on the map (but only on city control terrain). The second is the "Crystal of Sylanna" from the last mission of Vein's campaign (sorry for the screenshot, I couldn't find the green one). For obvious model constraints, the third 3D model I would like to use is a lake from the hot seat map (this is just an example of a lake from six!), And to make a reference to the "Magic Source" from Heroes III.
I would like to use the last two models with Might and Magic X. The first is the Yon-Hall gates, and the second (for the city portal) - the transition to the earth sphere in Elementals Forge.

I would like to "steal" the skill of the Sylvan faction from the earth elemental - Fossilization. It would not be repeated among other heroes, and in addition, it would be the first skill that affects enemy units. Level 1 (basic units), Level 2 (elite units), Level 3 (champion units), Level 4 (4x4 on the battlefield)

I'd like to use the Great Earth Elemental from Heroes VII for the faction catapult.

I think I brought up all the points I wanted (and asked a lot of questions :))
I would like to know if any of the above-described options are possible at all, if you know something about it dear Julien, and what do you think about such an idea. :)
I wanted to write to you for a reason. You have fulfilled the dream of many Heroes fans by becoming a creator of new parts. In Might and Magic X you could see how much hearts were put into production, despite the unfavorable conditions.
You have proved many times Julien that nothing is impossible for Heroes fans. Therefore, I would love to know if you know the answers to the above questions, what do you think about these ideas, and most importantly - is it possible to add a new faction to Heroes VI (even in the game code).
